Fresh, spirited and youthful, Lemon Tree Hotels (LTH) is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the 3rd largest overall, in terms of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms, as of June 30, 2017, according to the Horwath Report.This award winning Indian hotel chain opened its first hotel with 49 rooms in May 2004 and operates 40 hotels in 24 cities with 4289 rooms and over 4000 employees (as on July 31, 2017). The area of lower and upper basement is 1090 sq. meter and for ground floor and first floor it is 630 sq. meter (including kitchen)+283 sq. meter (Pool Level) and 704 sq. meter respectively. Apart from this, the hotel have 3 typical guest floors and swimming pool at ground level. The total number of rooms are 51 which includes king and double rooms having average size of 23.7 sq. meter.
